Ms. Suman Arora

Suman Arora has an experience of over 8 years in the field of Corporate Law. She is renowned for her innovative thinking and professional approach. She heads the fund raising practice for D & Ss clients both in domestic and international markets including, Private equity, Public Offerings through IPO's, GDR's, FCCB's & QIP's. She has extensive experience and expertise in preparation of Business Plans, Indian and Overseas Listings, Legal Due Diligence, Shareholder's Transaction Documents, Cross Border Transactions involving multiple countries and jurisdictions, IPR and Corporate Governance.

She is a professional director on the Board in Many NBFC Companies and has travelled extensively in India and overseas on various professional engagements. She was associated with various corporate houses in Delhi before starting the firm.

She is a regular speaker at various conferences and training programs conducted by the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI), , ICAI. She is a Fellow member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India, Bachelor of Law, Bachelor of Commerce and Masters in Commerce.

She was also adjudged the best Women Entrepreneur in the field of Corporate Law by the Confederation of Women Entrepreneurs of India.

Mr. Divay Arora

Divay Arora is a Senior Partner of D&S. He has thorough knowledge and experience on Corporate Law matters and has over 8 years of hands on experience in Secretarial and Corporate law matters and also Insolvency Professional registered with Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India. He has thorough knowledge on the various corporate laws viz, Companies Act, SEBI Regulations, Foreign Exchange Laws, IPR Laws, etc. He heads the Secretarial Audit, ESOP design and implementation and Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) practice divisions at D & S. He was closely involved in conducting the Due Diligence of various listed and unlisted Companies and Takeover / Acquisition of more than 20 companies from inception to consummation of the transaction.

Ddivea Arora is primarily responsible for representation of the clients on any corporate law matters before authorities like the Registrar of Companies, Official Liquidator, Regional Director and National Company Law Tribunal.

He is a regular speaker at various forums some of which include The ICAI, The ICSI etc.,

Mr. Vikas Gupta

Vikas Garg has over 8 years of professional experience in various matters relating to setting up of business in India, capital structuring and capital raising, domestic and international listing, Foreign Direct Investment, Joint Ventures, Foreign Collaborations, Legal Due Diligence, Transaction Advisory, M & A, Advising on Corporate Governance and Advising on corporate legal matters. Vikas has closely seen more than 50 companies in various stages of their lifecycle across sectors like brick and mortar, new economy, sharing economy etc., and has worked with a number of promoters, entrepreneurs, professional managers.

He provides business advisory services to startups, early stage and growth stage companies on business strategy, growth strategy, fund raising, value creation etc. He is a strategist pro actively trying to identify and create new service lines for the firm, forge domestic and international partnerships and alliances besides managing D & S.

Vikas is also an investor in startups and emerging growth companies which are into in ecommerce, digital payments, new age concierge, FoodTech and analytical testing businesses.
