Our Human Resource Law offering focuses on:
- Structuring of Stock option plans (ESOPs) and share purchase schemes
keeping in view Indian applicable laws, such as tax, labour, FEMA and
guidelines issues by the Securities Exchange Board of India (SEBI)
- Reviewing cross-border ESOP's to ensure that they are in compliance
with all Indian regulations
- Obtaining the clearances from the regulatory authorities for the
implementation of ESOP’s
- Advising on applicability of various labour laws in setting up operations in
India.
